What is Kuantics?
Kuantics is an AI-powered NOC platform for internet service providers. It brings telemetry, logs, SNMP, Flow and sensor tests together in one place, correlates the signals into incidents and points to the probable cause.
How does the AI help the NOC?
The AI correlates alerts from several sources with the network topology, investigates the incident with read-only commands on the devices involved and generates a report with the probable cause and the evidence collected. The report appears in the platform and is sent to the management and technical team WhatsApp group.
Does the AI change my equipment on its own?
Automatic investigation uses read-only commands only. Changes requested through Chat are made only by people you authorize, and a natural-language request runs only after you confirm it. In the panel, shutting down or restoring a port requires typing “confirm” and is logged. BGP FlowSpec blocks stay in simulation mode; once enabled, they act automatically.
Which equipment is supported?
We monitor Huawei, Juniper, Cisco, Arista, MikroTik, Datacom, ZTE and A10 (CGNAT) routers, switches and OLTs, and other vendors through SNMP. Investigation with commands on the devices covers Huawei, Juniper, Cisco, Arista, MikroTik, ZTE, Nokia and Datacom, with different depth for each. On OLTs, we read the optical signal of Huawei and ZTE. Talk to our team to confirm your equipment.
What data does the platform collect?
SNMP, syslog, gNMI telemetry (Huawei and Arista), NetFlow, sFlow and IPFIX (sampled), BGP via BMP and active sensor tests such as latency, packet loss, DNS and speed.
Does it integrate with my ISP's ERP?
The ISPBox integration is in pilot; IXC, MK Solutions and Hubsoft are in development. With ISPBox, the platform reads customers, invoices and service orders and can open a service order from an incident.
What do I need to install?
A small collection stack on a VM in your network, Flow and BMP collectors and, optionally, sensors. You register your devices with their access credentials and the platform starts collecting data and backing up configurations. Our team handles onboarding with you.
How does the platform handle credentials and access?
Device access credentials and integration keys are encrypted (AES-256). Access is profile-based, including a read-only profile, with two-factor login (email or authenticator app) and short-lived sessions, and each provider's data is kept separate.
Does Kuantics mitigate DDoS?
Kuantics detects traffic anomalies through Flow, with rules you can register yourself, and can apply BGP FlowSpec blocks. We are not a traffic scrubbing service: for large volumetric attacks, we recommend combining the platform with a mitigation service.
